  Make sure you keep your receipt or sign up to loyalty program, otherwise they refuse to help you with a faulty product. Even if they know and remember you purchasing the product. 'Company policy, we'll get in trouble' Its okay I found a better more helpful pet shop in Leichhardt Market place shops. Great service and advice for future purchases.

  Great range of products, staff are always helpful. If something isn't in stock they let you know when its being delivered and will even put the product aside for you to pick up that day.

  A smaller inner city style store where you can pickup most items you need for your furry friends. Of course not as much range as the large outer suburb stores but very convenient location.

  Only place to buy feeder insects in Balmain, the staff are always nice to me although they really know little about keeping insects.

  Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They love their animals, and are very welcoming.
