    Ant and the team are top notch and the service is second to none. The whole setup with the spin studio (torture chamber) is the best interval training I have ever done.

    It's always difficult to get honest, practical, helpful advice to improve your performance on the bike. With so many options costing so much money it's easy to spend too much on the wrong things. Ant runs a friendly "family" style shop where they are only too happy to spend the time to understand what your looking to achieve and provide practical options to get you there.
